4-Week Childbirth Class Series for Home & Unmedicated Birth

Designed for families planning a home birth or those seeking an unmedicated birth experience in any setting. This series is a deep, supportive dive into the physiology of birth, how to work with your body and your baby, and how to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for your birthing day.

Week 2: Movement, Breath & Partner Support
Week 3: Nutrition, Hydration & Birth Team Roles
Week 4: Waterbirth, Mindset & Preparing for the Unexpected
