Throughout your pregnancy, we will meet regularly for comprehensive, holistic prenatal care. Visits include monitoring your health and your baby’s development, addressing emotional and educational needs, and fostering a trusting, collaborative relationship. Each appointment is designed to prepare you for a safe, informed, and empowered birth experience.

During active labor, I provide continuous, one-on-one support in your home, ensuring personalized care from the first contraction through delivery. Gentle, evidence-based techniques—such as guided movement, breathwork, and optional water immersion—are used to promote comfort and facilitate progress. Both you and your baby are closely monitored with professionalism, respect, and individualized attention throughout the entire labor process.

Following birth, I perform a thorough assessment of your newborn, support early bonding, and provide breastfeeding guidance. I remain present during the critical early postpartum period to ensure your safety, comfort, and confidence as you begin this new chapter of parenthood.

Home visits/ Office visits continue over the first 6–8 weeks to monitor your physical recovery, assist with feeding, and support your transition into parenthood. Emotional guidance, practical support, and education are provided to help you establish routines, gain confidence, and feel fully supported during this important period.
