Birth Doula Service
A birth doula is like a companion during late pregnancy, labor and delivery and the time after. She supports emotionally, physically and sometimes she is simply a helping hand. Studies have shown that having a doula during labor and delivery leads to less medical interventions.
Postpartum Healing & Re-bonding Bath
The baby healing bath serves as an effective initial aid method following a challenging birth, fostering a deeper connection or making up for lost bonding time caused by separation between mother and baby.
During this healing bath, the aim is to recreate the moment when the newborn is initially placed on the mother's chest, fostering skin-to-skin contact before being gently dried off.
Recreating or reliving this particular moment offers a profoundly soothing and restorative experience for both babies and mothers following a difficult beginning in their journey together.

I often compare Peggy to a guardian angel looking out for us. We found her after a major move to a new city where we had no family and few friends. Her weekly home visits once Becket was born were a godsend, a time where she checked up on him and on me.

Peggy Vetter was the best midwife imaginable! It was our first baby and we didn’t know anything about the delivery process, nursing, diaper-changing, or caring for an infant. But because Peggy was there supporting us, I was able to leave the hospital mere hours after giving birth. Our meetings were not just check-ins regarding my pregnancy or the baby; it was like having an old friend over for coffee.
