Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, Peggy's journey to midwifery began at a young age when she whispered to her mother, "I'm going to be a midwife when I grow up" upon her younger sister's birth. After initially pursuing a different path, her calling was reignited when she became a mother herself.
Peggy's formal midwifery education started in 2007, following an apprenticeship in a renowned Berlin hospital's labor and delivery room. She holds a midwifery diploma from 2011 and is a firm advocate for informed consent throughout the birthing process.
In 2015, Peggy made a significant move to California, leaving behind her German midwifery license but embracing a new chapter in her journey. She gave birth to her fourth child in 2018, a cherished experience supported by local midwives.
Peggy's extensive credentials include being a certified CAPPA birth doula, DONA trained postpartum doula, certified Lamaze childbirth educator, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, and a licensed Midwife in
Washington State and California.
Peggy's passion for midwifery and her commitment to maternal and child well-being drive her work, and she is dedicated to serving the Southern California community. Her story is one of resilience, passion, and a deep love for her chosen path. She lives in Carlsbad together with her 4 children and her husband.

Angie is a San Diego native and a proud mother of three beautiful children. Her journey to becoming a doula began after the birth of her first child, which took place at home. At that time, she had no idea what a doula was, nor did she fully understand the importance of having one.
It was a transformative experience that opened her eyes to the crucial need for continuous emotional and physical support during labor—support that goes beyond what a partner or healthcare provider can offer. This realization ignited her passion for becoming a doula, and she has been dedicated to supporting and empowering women through their birthing journeys ever since.
Angie has always been a doula, a giver, a sister, a person to lean on. She loves all aspects of what she does, whether it’s physically holding hips or emotionally holding space.
Within her practice, she strives to achieve a 50:50 balance of the spiritual and energetic with the scientific and evidence-based.
She is a certified labor doula (CLD) and certified postpartum doula (CPD) and has attended many births in various settings—homebirths, birth centers, and hospitals. She actively attends workshops, courses, and continuing education classes on childbirth, hypnobirthing, spinning babies, breastfeeding, postpartum, newborn care, and holding space for pregnancy loss.
She fully believes that all pregnant persons have an innate inner-knowing that is a powerful guide through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Her time with clients emphasizes self-discovery as they listen to their intuition, and prepare for a birth as unique as they are.
Abby Lindstrom is an experienced birth worker and senior student midwife in the community setting, with only one year before she can sit for her license exam. Education and empowerment are her passion, and her midwifery experience lends an extra depth to her ability to support and advocate for clients during labor and delivery. Prenatal education, birth planning, labor comfort and support, and access to evidence based information to help you navigate clinical situations as they arise, are just some of the skills Abby offers. She is familiar with spinning babies techniques and can help apply these prenatally and during labor. She also has experience with breastfeeding and lactation support, which are offered in the immediate postpartum and or as a postpartum doula. Postpartum doula care is also an option including cooking, cleaning, laundry, babysitting, or meeting other specific needs.
